How much does DoneUp cost?
One family plan costs $4.99 a month or $49.90 a year in US dollars, with a 7-day free trial for new families. The annual plan costs the same as ten monthly payments. Billing is handled through the App Store or Google Play.
Can two grown-ups manage the same family?
Yes. Each home has one or two grown-ups. Give the second grown-up full access, or approvals-only access so they can approve chores or send them back with a note. One family plan covers both grown-ups and all your kids.
Are the gift cards included in the subscription?
No. Your subscription covers DoneUp’s features. Grown-ups pay for and provide cash, gift cards, activities and any other rewards separately.
Where do I manage the subscription?
Your subscription is billed through the App Store or Google Play. Use the subscriptions settings for the account that started it. If you need help, contact support@adavastudio.com.
